We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications and Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is bilingual (French and English) will have a passion for finance, technology, and social media, and be able to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to a wide audience. In addition the ideal candidate needs to be great at editing, growing audiences and catching trends
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategy across all platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and grow online communities through moderation, engagement, and content creation
- Manage Daba’s on platform community
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media and online community management
- Run advertising campaigns
- Develop elaborate customer journeys and funnels
- Run email marketing campaigns
- Create elaborate data-driven, scalable and repeatable communications strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in social media and community management
- Bilingual - French and English
